Convert AppleWorks to Microsoft Word

If you have a standard word processing document in AppleWorks that you would like to convert to Microsoft Word, simply drag and drop the file's icon onto the Word shortcut on your dock, or the Word application icon in the Microsoft Office 2004 folder. Voila!

I'm having trouble with the formatting of my files... Does this method maintain the format of my AppleWorks files? My mentor has created an entire math curriculum that he is trying to convert to word but the formating goes haywire every time we try to open his apple works as word documetns

Kristine,
Do you have access to iWork '08? This new version does a great job converting AppleWorks.. then just "save as..." a Word file.

Whole my doc files are stored on the PC. There are different risks for its. And some days ago I opened my folder with files and couldn't see anything. I was upset and decided to enter the Google. Luckily for me I was right and in some hours found - encoded word document. This system recovered my files and I noticed that it was free of cost. This fact was glad and I counselled it some of my friends... Besides I knew how the tool extracted the contents of damaged Microsoft Word files after virtually any issue.
